Terms & Conditions
La Cabane Venue rental is subject
to the following terms & conditions
to which you are expected to abide
by its policies
• It is prohibited to use fire works.
• No confetti allowed around the
swimming pool
• The venue described above has been
reserved for you for the date and time
stipulated. Please note that the hours
assigned to your event include all set
up and all clean up.
• A 50% non refundable downpayment
is necessary to book the venue.
Balance should be closed on event’s
date, prior to event launching.
• Client shall be responsible for
returning the venue to the state that it
was provided to them.
• La Cabane Venue owner has the right
to take pictures of any event that takes
place on its premises.
• La Cabane Venue management is not
responsible of any valuable item that
is lost on premises during Functions/
Event.
• The guest will be liable for any
damage caused by himself or his
invitees.
• La Cabane Venue management
has the full authority to supervise
the event
• A decent behavior of the guests is
required on premises.
• Guests are requested to drink
responsibly.
• You can exclusively use the
basic sound system provided
by La Cabane Venue - For larger
events, sound system and DJ to
be discussed with the Venue’s
management.
• Note that the maximum electrical
capacity at La Cabane Venue is 20
amperes.
• Paying the 50% deposit is
agreeing on the above terms
and conditions.
